Nykredit chose SGI to develop their first employee training game to position them in the competition for talent!

The Nykredit game is a web-based interactive introduction to the Nykredit
organization for new and existing employees. The aim of the game was to
reach new employees with important information about Nykredit before
their job-start, when they are highly motivated. The game presents
Nykredit as innovative and interesting while delivering facts and
information in a compelling and engaging context.

Technology: Web 2.0 & flash/html
Playtime: 60 minutes
Release date: August 2008

Results:
60-70% of all new employees play the game before they start working.
The majority of these have been very positive toward the game.
